In Search Analytics, you'll see queries labeled as anonymized queries.

These are queries that Google anonymizes before exporting to BigQuery. Queries containing sensitive personal information or queries with very low search volume globally are subject to anonymization.
Google's native Search Console UI doesn't display anonymized queries to protect user privacy, but Amethyst shows them as "anonymized query.”
For most sites, you'll see larger (and more accurate) traffic numbers than what appears in Google's native Search Console.
While you can't see the actual query content due to anonymization, Search Analytics lets you view data like "which URLs are receiving anonymized searches and how much traffic they're getting." You can also use filters to include only anonymized queries or exclude them entirely.
