Enabling BigQuery in Google Cloud and exporting GA4 data

To use the User Analytics feature, you must export your GA4 data to BigQuery. - If you have not exported your GA4 data, please start from the beginning of this page. - If you have already exported GA4 data to BigQuery, please refer to the Amethyst side of this page.

Because you use BigQuery, you will be charged a fee for using BigQuery by Google in addition to Amethyst's fee, but BigQuery has a free quota of up to 10GiB per month.

  1. Log in to the Google Cloud administration page and create a project

Google Cloud: https: //console.cloud.google.com/

After logging in, open the project selection screen. Next, select "New Project.

Decide on a project name, ID, and location, and press [Create].

  1. Confirm BigQuery API activation.

Select the project at the top of the screen, then select API and Services > Libraries from the left menu.

Select API Library Category > Big Data

Select "BigQuery API.
